The audit for 2016/17 will be carried out by BDO. The public right to view the accounts officially runs from 05 June 2017 until 14 July 2017. Draft accounts are available below, a paper copy and signed versions will follow in due course. If you have any queries please contact the Clerk at email@example.com.
Future Audit Arrangements
In line with Government regulations Humshaugh Parish Council is currently audited annually by external auditors ‘BDO’ and this will continue for 2016/17. However, in 2017/18, due to a change in regulations, an external audit will not be required. The Parish Council will still have to complete and publish an annual financial return and submit this to newly created “Smaller Authorities’ Audit Appointments Ltd”.
