In line with a change to Government regulations from 2017/18 Humshaugh Parish Council is not required to undergo an external audit.  The Parish Council still has to complete and publish accounts.  This is the draft legislation that covers this change: Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’).
